Thank you for Participating in this questionnaire!
This questionnaire is designed to draw out the different lifestyle choices of people. Many studies have proven that lifesyle choices such as: smoking and eating unhealthily can lead to heart disease and potentially result in a heart attack. With this questionnaire I will be able to identify more specific lifestyle choices that I could include in my PSB advert, that will contribute to the heart attack the character in my advert will suffer. The sample was an oppertunity sample of ten people it consists of 5 females and 5 males; this is to enable myself the ability to compare results between genders. The age of the sample is again consistant with my target audience ranging between 40 - 65, although one of the participants was 78 I allowed this to get a futher depth into my research as elderly people are also at risk from heart disease and many are affected by heart attacks.
The most interesting findings of the collated data are:
- 4 of 5 males aged between 40-50 stated that they work 6 days a week.
- Of these men all 4 claimed that there job caused them stress most days
- 5 of 5 males stated that they drink coffee
- 3 of these men claimed to drink it most days
- 3 in 10 of the participants smoke.
- 5 of 5 males stated that they drink alcohol; in comparison to 2 of 5 females
- Only 2 of 5 males claim to participate in any physical activities
- 7 of 10 participants stated that they eat ready meals, takeaways or go out to eat 'once a week'
